Welcome to Monteurly Bremerhaven! Our cozy vacation apartment in a perfect harbor location offers space for 5–6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds and one double bed. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful, well-maintained historic building and combines the charming character of the house with modern, comfortable amenities. With a total of 80 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for groups, families, or business stays. Sleeping arrangements are spread across two separate bedrooms. Four single beds provide flexible occupancy, and with an additional double bed, up to six guests can comfortably stay overnight if needed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering – from stove, oven, and refrigerator to all cooking utensils. Here you can easily prepare dinner for the whole family or your entire team. The adjacent dining area in the living room invites you to enjoy meals together. The living room is spacious and features a cozy couch as well as a TV – perfect for relaxing after a long day or for a movie night together. The bathroom is generously sized and equipped with a shower. Additionally, a washing machine is available, which is especially convenient for longer stays. Bed linens and towels are of course provided by us. The apartment is equipped so that you can feel completely at home not just for a few nights, but also for several weeks. The location is ideal: Just a few minutes' walk from the harbor and with a large Edeka supermarket right at your doorstep, you'll find all essential shopping options and connections in the immediate vicinity. 1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM.** Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability and an additional fee. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning service will be held liable for any resulting costs and expenses. 2. Guests may not book a stay with FeWocation within their own city of residence.** Please contact us if you intend to book within your home city. 3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited,** including on balconies and in shared areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the no-smoking policy will result in a €250 fee plus the cost of deep cleaning and damage repair. 4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.** 5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.** A fee of €30 per night will be charged for each unauthorized guest. 6. Pets are not allowed.** Violations of our pet policy may result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are kindly asked to contact us before their stay. 7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing any lost keys, key cards, remotes, or parking permits.** 8. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss** to the property and its contents. All damages must be reported to our customer service. 9. Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with the house rules.** Guests who violate the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.
